Western Lake Erie Insulation Industry

We put our customers first!

The Western Lake Erie Insulation Industry (WLEII) collaboration between the Master Insulation Association of Toledo and the Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers Union Local 45 is an alliance designed to serve the customer by helping our members be at their best on any insulation, abatement or fire-stopping project. This teamwork between our union tradesmen and their employing contractors allows them to deliver the best finished product by advancing worker safety and training and workplace harmony.

WLEII is a non-profit organization devoted to improving the insulation industry through education, public awareness and a variety of services to our members, enabling them to provide customers with the most up-to-date design and installation methods – at significant cost savings to the customer.

WLEII joint committees of management and labor representatives improve our industry programs, which allows us to provide customers with skilled and knowledgeable workers in adequate numbers to handle any job – and complete them
on time and on budget, every time.
